Reduce Costs, Improve Fertiliser Use Efficiency
- Our Nutrient Management Plan service can provide detailed nutrient recommendations for arable and grassland farmers.
- Our FACTS certified advisors can help you become more efficient in your fertiliser usage, providing nutrient recommendations for what the crop actually needs. We take into account nutrients already in the soil and in your farm manure.
- We work with PLANET software and the RB2O9 manual, compliant with the EA and SEPA to make informed, up to date Nutrient Mangement Plans.
Farm Waste Inventory
- We offer an additional service providing a farm organic waste inventory.
- This details exact quantifications of manure type used on the farm, analysis, storage requirements and other records to ensure compliance with environmental legislation including that relevant to Nitrate Vulnerable Zones.
Live Recording of Waste and Fertiliser Applications
- For a small monthly fee we can update your nutrient management plan and waste inventory whenever you apply organic and inorganic fertilisers to your fields.
Soil and Manure Sampling
- We offer an additional sampling service.
- We collect soil and manure samples from your farm to test for all required nutrients and properties necessary to produce the Nutrient Management Plan.
- We recommend testing soils every 3-4 years.
Funding Under SFI Scheme
Funding available under the new Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) can cover most and in some instances all costs associated with our services.
