Farm Consulting Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between Discovery Innovations Limited, hereafter referred to as the "Consultant," and the client engaging the consulting services, hereafter referred to as the "Client." By engaging the services of the Consultant, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services:

The Consultant agrees to provide agricultural consulting services as described in the project proposal or scope of work agreed upon by both parties. The scope of services may include, but is not limited to, farm planning, crop management, livestock husbandry, pest control, soil analysis, and sustainable farming practices.

2. Payment:

The Client agrees to pay the Consultant the agreed-upon fee for the services rendered. Payment terms, including any deposit requirements, milestones, and due dates, will be specified in the project proposal or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Expenses:

The Client shall reimburse the Consultant for any pre-approved, reasonable, and necessary expenses incurred during the provision of services. This may include travel expenses, accommodation, and materials required for the project.

4. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information shared during the consulting engagement. This includes trade secrets, business plans, financial information, and any other information deemed confidential.

5. Ownership of Work:

Any intellectual property or work developed by the Consultant during the consulting engagement will remain the property of the Consultant unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client will have the right to use the deliverables for the specified purpose outlined in the scope of services.

6. Termination:

Either party may terminate the consulting engagement with written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for the services rendered up to the termination date, as well as any outstanding expenses.

7. Liability:

The Consultant will provide services with a reasonable level of skill and care, consistent with industry standards. However, the Consultant is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the implementation of recommendations or advice provided during the consulting engagement.

8. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.

9. Entire Agreement:

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

By engaging the services of the Consultant, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

By using the services of Discovery Innovations Limited, both parties acknowledge their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
